Your pk56 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access, operate, or place bets using your account. You may not use your account on behalf of a third party or as a proxy for another individual.

Deposits are typically credited to your pk56 Account Balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. pk56 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pk56 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully verified accounts. You must complete the KYC process — which may include submitting a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and verification of your registered payment method — before your first withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that are registered in your legal name.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional credits offered by pk56 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time each offer is made. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all pk56 promotions.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings remain as non-withdrawable Bonus Funds within your account.
All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the relevant offer terms and cannot be extended.
Not all games on the pk56 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are set out in the individual bonus offer terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from specific bonuses.
pk56 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
All casino games and slot titles available on the pk56 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by any factor other than mathematical probability as programmed by the game provider. pk56 does not manipulate game results.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pk56 platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. pk56 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20I, ODI, and other events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed within the betting interface. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or subject to an exceptional circumstance, pk56's sport-specific rules determine how affected bets are settled. Players are advised to review market-specific rules before placing bets.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during the course of a game or bet, pk56 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game session cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the Player's Balance. pk56's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk56 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
